What to tell us
- Corrections. If a measurement looks wrong or a step did not work for you, tell us which recipe and what happened. We verify and fix confirmed errors and note the change at the bottom of the article.
- Substitutions. If you need a dairy-free, gluten-free, or nut-free version of a recipe, ask. We will tell you what we know and what we have tested.
- Reprints and image licensing. Written permission is required to republish a recipe or use our photography. We usually grant it with attribution — just ask.
- Advertising. For current traffic figures and rates, email the press address above.
